DeliveRudolph is our specially designed Socially distanced Santa visit service created exclusively in response to the ongoing Covid crisis. We understand that a lot of people will really struggle with a large proportion of Christmas services being disrupted by Coronavirus and as such we wanted to create a safe and simple way of keeping a timeheld Christmas tradition for a lot of people, visiting Santa!

Our exclusive service will see us bringing the Santa visit to you! Once you have booked, our professional Santa will make his way to your house on the day of your choice along with any additional giftbags you've purchased and give you and your family a 5 minute personalised visit, discussing anything and everything you tell us about in advance!

FAQ

• How does it work?

Currently, DeliveRudolph is going to be active for each Saturday in December before Christmas. Booking for each day ends 3 days before the event. Each day has 24 slots broken up into 3 time periods, these being 11-1, 2-4 and 4:30-6:30 and these are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Once you book for a specific day, we'll confirm which slot your visit will fit into once booking for that day closes. 

If you have any personalised information you'd like our Santa to know beforehand, if you can write it into the correct box during the checkout process, we'll make sure to forward all of that to him well before his arrival.

All of our visits will have Santa stand at a distance of 2m from your door, giftbags will be left directly by your door upon arrival to limit contact and our Santa will be have all the necessary PPE.

• How much does it cost?

The minimum cost for each visit is £20. This includes £10 for the visit from Santa and £10 for a themed giftbag of your choice containing 6+ items worth at least £10 RRP. However if you have more children, or would like more giftbags, as many additional bags can be added to your order as needed at the price of £10 each.

• Do I have to live somewhere specific in order to book tickets?

Yes, unfortunately as we only have a limited operational distance we are only operating in these postcodes:

HU1, HU2, HU3, HU4, HU5, HU6, HU7, HU8 and HU9

If any bookings are made from an address outside of these areas, we will sadly have to cancel and refund your order.

• What happens if Covid rules change and prevent socially distanced visits?

We understand that currently times are difficult for everyone as legislation can change at the drop of a hat. As such we're determined to be as flexible as possible in case of things going wrong and are keeping a close eye on how the laws are changing. In the unfortunate event that we are told our Santa visits cannot be carried out, we will get in touch with everyone who has booked with us to refund £10 (the amount for the Santa visit) whilst also endeavouring to deliver all giftbags to households before Christmas, along with a personalised letter from Santa himself.
